Fyers are available in many configurations. The first is type of fuel electric or propane, the most popular due to lower cost of appliance and lower cost operation is propane. Another consideration is the size of the pot for the oil in the fryer depending on the amount and size of product your wanting to cook, volume and turnover speed. Save time and add consistency to your lobster and seafood product. Steamer ovens can be super helpful with catering large groups with a quality and consistent product. We also have steamer baskets and pans, which are included in our smallwares selections.

We stock many arrangements of ranges, with different number of burners, ovens, and griddles with and without broiler. The burners are 12” across so with a 60” range there will be 10 burners, or you can add a 24” griddle using the space of 4 burners. The most common dimensions are either 36” or 60” but we can accommodate other specific needs. The 36” will have a single oven while the 60” give you 2 full sized ovens.
