Floor & Countertop Fryers
Fryers are available in many configurations. The first type is electric. Propane is the most popular due to lower cost of the appliance and operation.
Another consideration is the size of the pot for the oil in the fryer. The size depends on the amount and size of the product you want to cook, volume, and turnover speed. We also stock mobile fryer filter systems and replacement filters.

Radiant & Char Broilers
Available with or without rocks. Commonly stocked in 24”, 36”, and 48” sizes. Ready to grill steaks or peppers!

Save time and add consistency to your seafood products. Steamer ovens can be super helpful with catering to large groups with a quality, consistent product. We have steamer baskets and pans included in our small wares selections.

We stock many arrangements of ranges, with a different number of burners, ovens, and grills. Available with and without broilers. The burners are 12” across. With a 60” range, there will be 10 burners.
You can add a 24” griddle using the space of four burners. The most common dimensions are either 36” or 60”, but we can accommodate other specific needs. The 36” will have a single oven. The 60” give you two full-sized ovens.
